Our all-inclusive premier service designed to take away all your stress and hassle in managing your property.

After an initial meeting at your property to walk through the house and discuss all your needs, we will market your property using all of our knowledge and experience.  We will then match, qualify and carry out checks on all prospective tenants to ensure you get great tenants.

We will then organise contracts, inventories, check ins of the new tenants.  We will also monitor and inspect your property throughout the tenancy.

Collecting and processing rental payments is also part of this service.  These will be collected and credited to your nominated bank account every month.

At the end of the tenancy we will liaise with the tenant, and renew the tenancy agreement or arrange to check them out as applicable.

This service is ideal for working professionals and landlords who are not residing locally or prefer not to deal with the tenants directly.
